By accessing or using Visbyr's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the Visbyr platform.
2. Description of Services
Visbyr provides enterprise technology solutions including cloud infrastructure architecture, AI-driven analytics, and secure networking services. All services are provided on a contractual basis and are subject to the terms of individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and methodologies developed by Visbyr remain the intellectual property of Visbyr Nordic Functionalism AB unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the terms of the respective contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
Visbyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
